WTA Tennis No.5th ranked Sofia Kenin, she already taken COVID-19 vaccination and she informed social media about withdrawal from the US Open.

Sofia Kenin become the 5th ranked player and now she pulled out of the U.S. Open because of Covid positive. Sofia Kenin announced in the Twitter with the title of “writing with disappointing news”.
The 22 year old Sofia from America won the Australian Open 2020 title and Runner-up in the last year French Open.

Due to this she joins a big list of past champions who have withdrawn from the US Open Tennis.
Already famous Serena and Venus sisters said, they not able to play in the tournament because of her leg injuries. Serena Williams won 23 Grand Slam singles titles and Venus Williams won seven titles.
