Babar Azam Becomes the Most Valuable Cricketer of the Year in PCB Awards

Babar Azam was awarded as the Most Valuable Player of the Year by PCB awards. The Pakistan Captain receives this honour on Friday because of his fantastic performance in this year.

He was also awarded as the White-ball Cricketer of the year. The 26 aged captain earned scores of average 110.5 in the ODIs and 55.2 in the T20Is respectively. In this year Babar Azam played four Test matches and he scored 338 runs at the average of 67.6.

Mohammad Rizwan, becomes the Test Cricketer of the year, he was the stand-in captain of the final test match against New Zealand at Mount Maunganui. In tough matches he took 302 runs with four half centuries at the average of 43.14. Behind wickets he considers 12 batsmen.

Fawad Alam scored his first century after 11 years and he was selected as the Individual Performance of the Year. Aliya Riaz, the all rounder was become the Women’s Cricketer of the Year.

The young 19 Fatima Sana was named as the Women’s Emerging Cricketer of the Year. In eight test matches Naseem Shah took 20 wickets and against Bangladesh he scored a hat-trick and this made him to achieve the Emerging International Cricketer of the Year.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Kamran Ghulam completes 1000 runs as a first batsman in the current first-class Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. He  won The Domestic Cricketer of the Year award and scores 1065 runs, four centuries and four half centuries at an average of 60 in 19 innings of 10 round matches.
