Carlos Alcaraz defeated by Novak Djokovic during a French Open semi-final by 6-3 5-7 6-1 6-1. Alcaraz is coming off with disappointing French Open where the 20-year-old spainian, who had warmed up for the claycourt Grand Slam with titles in Barcelona and Madrid.

Carlos Alcaraz said, “I arrived in London Saturday and I had my first practice on grass court. “I wasn’t able to practice more at home as we have no grass courts there.
“I need to improve my movement and shots on the grass court, but I’m really happy with the practice what I have had here.”

“For me it is more tiring when you’re moving on grass. It’s totally different and you have to be really specific.”
“There are a lot of different players who slice on the grass. I am not one of them so I have to think about different movements. I have to be focused on every movement and shot myself.
