Dwayne Bravo, the Chennai Super Kings all-rounder got a groin injury and dismissed from the IPL tournament. The Trinidadian cricketer was a major player in CSK for the past few years and his loss will be great disaster for the hustling team.

CSK lost 7 games out of 10 and won only 3 matches in this IPL season. The team was in a struggling condition and they are at the bottom position in the points table. The right arm fast medium bowler was not able to bowl in the final overs against the team Delhi Capitals.
Captain Dhoni’s selection was wrong for selecting Ravindra Jadeja, left arm spinner for bowling. Axar Patel efficiently faced his balls and scores three sixes which level up the team DC to win the match.

Chennai Super Kings CEO, Kashi Viswanathan says that,”Due to his groin injury CSK all rounder Dwayne Bravo was got dismissed from IPL”.
He also said that Bravo in his total six games he earned only 7 runs in two innings and six wickets with economy rate of 8.57. Absence of top 2 senior players like Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh become a great blow to the team. Both players missed this match due to some personal reasons.
CEO said that the bad performance of senior players including Skipper Dhoni and Kedar Jadhav was also the main reason for this defect.
