Greatest Indian Spinner Jumbo Anil Kumble Celebrating his 50th Birthday


Anil Kumble, the Spin bowling legend of India and Highest wicket taker in International Cricket for India reached his age Golden jubilee ’50’ on October 17,2020. He was famously called as Jumbo by his fans.

Before 10 years Jumbo leaves the International Cricket but his passion for cricket still grows. This leg spinner worked as a Cricketer, Coach, and a trainer. Presently he was working as the Head Coach of Kings XI Punjab team in the IPL 2020 Tournament.

He bowled with a fractured jaw was still remembered by cricket fans against the West Indian Legend Brian Lara. It becomes one of the famous fables in cricket history.

This hard working legend made his debut on 1990 and got famous in the Kotla test against Pakistan in 1999. He played cricket for 18 years, completes 132 tests, and in 20 years he participates in 271 one day Internationals.

After the great Spinner Jim Laker he was the second cricketer in history to take all 10 wickets in one innings.

During his retirement he was the world No 3rd bowler. He grabs the massive 619 test wickets and 337 ODI wickets. Sri Lankan player Muttiah Muralitharan holds the first position with 800 test wickets and Australian player Shane Warne holds the second position (708).
