Kagiso Rabada reach 200 test wickets and become the eighth South African to achieve the feat and also he becomes the third fastest Proteas bowler in test cricket.

In the ongoing first test match against Pakistan Rabada achieves the record in the third day of the test at National Stadium in Karachi. The first two quickest Proteas to hit 200 test wickets are Dale Steyn and Allan Donald.

Rabada achieves the feat by defeating Hasan Ali and become the third fastest player following the other players Waqar Younis, the former Pakistan pacer scores (7,730) and his country player Dale Steyn (7,848) based on the balls bowled.
To reach his 200 test wickets Rabada faced 8,174 balls and to reach the longest format of the game he was the fast youngest player placed in No 4. With the 200 plus test wickets Rabada has excelled in best strike rate.
In the first test match Pakistan initiates the third day by massive 88 with 70 in a single night to catch the target of South Africa 378.
In the 108th over Rabada ruled out Ali but for the last wicket Pakistan took a fifty run partnership and scored total 158 runs to finish the target 350 runs.

South Africa bowler Rabada and Keshav Maharaj took three wickets. On the other side pacers like Anrich Nortje and Lungi Ngidi collects two wickets each other.
In the second innings the openers of South Africa allow Pakistan to take 121 runs and before the lunch break South Africa scored 37 runs without losing a wicket.
