The American Basketball player Kevin Durant was tested positive for COVID-19 based on the results which revealed in the noon of Monday. Brooklyn Nets said Kevin Durant must be quarantine for one week due to contact tracing.

On Tuesday he missed his first game against the Utah Jazz and on Monday his status report displays ‘out’ by the Brooklyn Nets due to his “health condition and safety rules”.

In the first season of the head coach Steve Nash, Durant will miss three more games for the team. On Thursday the Brooklyn Nets will face the Philadelphia 76ers, On Friday they will meet Memphis Grizzlies and on Sunday Oklahoma City Thunder.
In this season in his first six games Durant guide Brooklyn Nets with an average of 28.2 points, 7.0 rebounds and 48 assists.
During the recovering period of the fracture in Achilles tendon he missed lot of last season. The 32 aged player is shooting 51.1 percent from the field and 45.5 percent per beyond the block.

Durant reports in May that he was affected by COVID-19 and based on ESPN Durant check many tests for the virus and it results negative.
