Kyrie Irving missed the match of Brooklyn Nets and got fined a massive amount for over ruling the health and safety protocols of Nets. For breaking the rules he was fined USD 50,000 by the NBA and they informed that he will return Saturday to the team. That night he missed the match of Nets.

After relieving from the COVID-19 if he tests negative his quarantine days will end up in Saturday. After his joining in team he must pay penalty from his salary for each game he misses. From his USD 33.5 Million salary he already lost USD 900,000 by missing two matches.
Because of some personal reasons he missed the last five games of the Nets. During the days he was not presented in the team he was find in one of the video in social media. He attended the indoor family party without a mask. The league strictly advised to stop attending indoor parties, bars, clubs, Lounges with 15 or more than 15 members.
Before Kyrie Irving his new team mate James Harden was also fined for the same reason.
Brooklyn Nets and the team’s coach Steve Nash has no idea about the returning of Kyrie. And the team left it to him to explain after his returning. On the injury report they were listing the health and safety protocols and he got dismissed from the team. They will have their next clash with Orlando on Saturday.
In a news conference the general manager Sean Marks said that, “The organisations will be undoubtedly upset with the loss of the player. Not between us, not in the trenches not so forth”.
“No need to ask him and inform about his absence and so forth. I already spoke to him and I will continue to speak to him. We are expecting his arrival in the gym and he will inform this” he added.

Previously in December during the preseason Irving didn’t speak to the media so the NBA fined him for USD 25,000.
