England midfielder Jordan Henderson recently joined Saudi Pro League club Al-Ettifaq from Liverpool, both clubs reported on Thursday.
Saudi club Al-Ettifaq would pay about 12 million pounds ($15.55 million) plus add-ons for Jordan Henderson, who has end his 12-year stay, said by British media. English professional footballer Henderson will receive a weekly salary of around 700,000 pounds, according to British media report.

The 33-year-old Jordan Henderson bid farewell to Liverpool fans in a video which is posted on social media on Wednesday.
He posted on Instagram,
“It is really hard to put these last 12 years into words and it’s even very harder to say goodbye. I will always be a Red. Until the day I die. Thank you for each and everything. You’ll never walk alone.”
Henderson will be reunited at Al-Ettifaq club with former Liverpool mate Steven Gerrard, who was appointed coach on a three-year contract at the beginning of this July.
Jordan Henderson who arrived at Liverpool in the year 2011 from Sunderland and was made captain following Gerrard’s move to Los Angeles Galaxy in the year 2015.
Henderson played for Liverpool nearly 500 games in all competitions and they won the Champions League and Premier League as well as the FA Cup, two League Cups, the Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup also.
