Manchester City has signed a deal with Dutchwoman midfielder Jill Roord from VfL Wolfsburg on a 3 year deal, said by Women’s Super League.

The Dutchwoman midfielder Jill Roord has been capped 86 times and won the 2017 Women’s Euros and she played for Arsenal from 2019-2021 and now she said this was excited to return to England.
Jill Roord said,
“I’m super excited to start here and I have always thought that this was a fantastic club with lots of quality.”
“It’s a young side with plenty of potential, which is very important to me. I am really like the way that they play, and I feel that it really suits me perfectly.”

In the Champions League Roord scored 31 goals in 69 appearances for Wolfsburg in all competitions, that helped Wolfsburg to reach the Champions League final but they lost to Barcelona in the final.
Jill Roord will join with Manchester City in July 20 to Aug 20 Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
