Biography Of Maria Sakkari :
Maria Sakkari Childhood : She was born to Mother Angeliki Kanellopoulou and Father Kostas Sakkaris. Her mother was a former tennis player who was ranked top-50 and she was a great inspiration for Maria. With her parents and two siblings she lived in the capital of Greece.
Her parents motivate her and at the age of 6 she was introduced to tennis. Later in her 18 she moved to Barcelona to get trained and she trained there for 2 years. Her favourite tennis players while growing up were Serena Williams, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

Early Life Of Maria Sakkari :
In 2010 she played her first event of career in ITF circuit and by the year 2014 she won four singles titles and four doubles title in ITF circuit. In 2015 her first two matches on WTA tour is not successful.
2019 was a successful clay court season she took part in Charleston Open, Istanbul Cup and Morocco Open. She won the title in Morocco Open and by this win she shifted from 51 to 39th place in the WTA ranking list. In the same year she was seeded for the first time in French Open and she was seeded no 29.
