Mercedes Lewis Hamilton Won his Seventh Consecutive Title at Imola in leading 5.7 sec


Mercedes car racer Lewis Hamilton won the constructor title in Imola, Italy. At the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix he won his 93rd success in formula one.


Hamilton overcame his Mercedes team mate Valtteri Bottas by 5.7 seconds who started the race in the leading position. Hamilton the six time world champion won his seventh consecutive title at Imola.

Third position was taken by Daniel Ricciardo, this Australian racer played for Renault.

After winning his seventh title for Mercedes, Hamilton enjoys his victory with the team engineers and mechanics. He said that,” I feel really proud of everyone in our team, and I am thankful to be a part of it. This was an unbelievable success for all of you”.

“This success may seem usual to the viewers but I feels like a first success for this team. That’s because of the spirit I think”.

“It is impossible to won seven times championships continuously, this seems like one day I’ll say the story to my grand children”, said the Briton racer.

He also got extra points for his fastest lap and he was in the leading 85 points when compared to his teammate Bottas. Hamilton grabs his 93rd victory in Imola and breaks the record of Michael Schumacher.
