During the test series against Australia, Indian batsman Rishabh Pant scored an unbeaten 89 and boost his team to win the match for three wickets win. The Australian batsman Steve Smith praised Pant as he has an “extraordinary talent“.

In the match Rishabh Pant gave his contribution of 138 runs and remains unbeaten. Because of his massive hit India reached the big total 328 and won the match against Australia for 2-1. This was the first defeat of Australia in their 32 years of game at Gabba.

Smith gave a report to cricket.com.au “Rishabh Pant played a good innings, grabs five wicket on a day. He was one of the extraordinary talented players I have seen. He made a great change in game and he did his part very well”.

Rishabh Pant was positioned number 5 and he played an effective game for his team from the outset. In the end of the match his hits include nine fours and a six. His massive hits help India to reach the target 329 for 7.

Steve Smith said that the Australian bowler Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Starc, Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon put all their effort but failed to complete the work. In his two innings Smith scores 36 and 55 in the test match.
