Sofia Anna Kenin is an American professional tennis player, ranked world no 4 by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA). She won the Grand Slam Women’s single title in the Australian Open 2020. Totally in her Tennis career she won five WTA singles titles and two WTA doubles titles. At the age of 16 she won the Orange bowl and she finished the US Open 2015 as a runner-up.

Biography Of Sofia Kenin :
Sofia Kenin Childhood : Sofia Kenin was born in Moscow but later shifted to United States. Her mother worked as a nurse in Soviet Union .She started her tennis training at the age of 5 and initially she was guided by her father Alex. Then she was coached by Rick Macci till her age 12. She had a wonderful eye and hand coordination from her childhood.

Early Stage of Sofia Kenin:
In 2003 she played her first tennis match in his career on IFT circuit in US and she continued to play there in the following year. In 2016 she won two single titles in ITF circuit and next year she won one singles and two double titles in ITF circuit. In 2018 she was ranked no 52 and won one single title in ITF circuit.
She reached the finals of Fed Cup in the United States and become the runner up. In 2019 she reached the top 20 rankings and won three single titles. She won the WTA most improved player of the year award on 2019. After Serena Williams 1999 she was the first American to win this award.In 2020 French Open she becomes the runner up and won her first Grand Slam title in Australian Open 2020.
