Tour De France is Postponed to be held from August 29 to September 20 : Covid-19

Due to Coronavirus issue, the International Cycling Union confirmed Tour de France has to be postponed to August 29. The UCI (International Cycling Union) released press release regarding of postponed Tour de France because of Covid-19. The prestigious cycling race to scheduled as starts from June 27-July 19.

Emmanuel Macron, President of French said, There is no more permission for the public event in our country until mid-july. This is to prevent from Covid-19, Which has affected worldwide over two million people.

The UCI statement added more, “The Giro d’Italia will take a place after this UCI Worlds and it will be followed by the Vuelta Ciclista a Espana”.

As per this, ” The most expecting one day road races like the Tour des Flandres (Belgium), Il Lombardia (Italy), Paris Roubaix (France), Liege Bastogne Liege (Belgium) all take this season date to be defined.
