The Wimbledon Tennis Tournament was cancelled this year due to the spreading of the novel corona virus. It seems that it was the only tournament which got cancelled in 2020 because of the pandemic.

COVID-19 affects most of the people on United Kingdom and more than 43,000 people faced death due to this spreading disease. All England clubs made a decision to conduct the tournament in next year in the midst of COVID-19. After the World War Two 1945, this was the first time this tournament got cancelled.
Australian Open was held in the beginning of the year 2020, before the symptoms of this killing virus. US Open and French Open held at New York and Paris in bio secure environment. In US Open no fans are allowed inside the Flushing Meadows and In French Open, Roland Garros only allowed 1000 audience per day including the contestants.
“We are planning about the tournament whether to conduct with full of audience or half number of audience or without audience” said The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC), organisers of the tournament.

“Our first importance is to conduct the tournament on 2021, we are busily planning for the tournament” said Sally Bolton, All England Club chief executive.
The Wimbledon Tennis Tournament will held in 2021 during the month of June 28 to July 11.
Next Year the Australian Open will be held between January 18 to 31 at Melbourne Park. “The players those who from overseas have to isolate themselves for 14 days in the hostel before the tournament and also it will be compulsory for the coming travelers”. Said Australian Open Chief Executive,Crag Tiley.
